Family and Divorce Solicitors

Woodward Solicitors, on the border of Wigan and St. Helens, was formed in 2011 by a small team of specialist personal injury and industrial disease solicitors. The firm is new, with a fresh and modern approach — but each member of our legal team can count on years of experience. When tackling any new claim, this wealth of practical knowledge makes a real difference.

We are expanding rapidly: Our overall staff numbers have grown from a small team of 3 to 40 in just over 3 years, and within the Industrial Disease area, our specialist's staff working daily on our clients cases which has risen from just 2 to 15 since 2012.

We have recently expanded to include a Family department, dealing with all aspects of divorce/separation.

We believe our growth is down to the level of service we provide. If you have suffered illness abroad whilst on a package holiday, or believe that you have developed symptoms of an industrial related disease listed on the website, we want to be the firm you come to — wherever you are in they country. We are friendly, approachable and professional, and our solicitors do whatever is warranted to get the best possible result for you.
